This appears to be a pen pal letter to Connie from someone in Portugal. At the time it seems, Connie was living at 1507 Blair Avenue in Cincinnati. You might be able to see that the stamp has been removed by what I assume is a stamp collector who got their hands on the letter before me.

This address is where my mother's parents lived in Cincinnati when my mother was growing up.
