I think this is our father's mother Elaine. It resembles other pictures I have of her. One time I showed our dad a picture of his mother and he said. "I have no idea who that woman is!" I took the picture out of its frame and it said Elaine on the back. It really was a humorous moment. When our father was in Hospice and I was sitting with him, he told me that he had seen his mother and she let him know that he did not need to be afraid and she was waiting for him. He was very serious and it was a very sweet and special moment. Dad died a few days later.
