Jon's Opening Night Note
This was a note from Jon Selover before the opening of the first East of Eden. I think that was in the summer of 1991. Jon played one of the Trasks. He was very good. But, that was the only part he played in East of Eden and I think that was the last role he played before assuming the role of Artistic Director for the Theater. The card with the writing on the back was "rolled" up in the sheet of paper with the poem on it. I have to assume Jon wrote it since it was in the same red pen as the card. The poem takes a little getting used to and I assume a lot of digging around to understand the meaning.

Wow, a side of Jon I never knew!!!
Also, Jon lived with us at 318 Riker for 3 to 5 years; not quite sure . And his best addition to our "family" meals was twice- baked potatoes. Amazing!!!
