This is a resolution by the Cincinnati City Council and Mayor and others of thank you to the Home Guard and the Boy Scouts for their service in time of danger. It is dated May 6, 1919. Not sure the danger, not sure which of the family got this, I might assume Al or one of his contemporaries.
